Looks like Oakland is really taking a lead on the medical marijuana/legalization front in California. A new medical marijuana superstore for growers and buyers recently opened. More and more it seems that Oakland politics offer a very favorable climate for the burgeoning marijuana industry.

This would not be happening unless there is a legitimate industry behind it. There will be significant tax dollars to come out of this.
