hmm, Is it 85 percent ethanol, mainly from corn? It is really stupid to use food like corn for fuel. There is a tree called "Jatropha tree" grows on southwestern Florida where the extracted seed oil becomes bio-diesel. The govt. should realize and stop E85 to save our environment & Ozone layer.

I think, a temporary sales tax increase with a hard cap on spending would allow the state to pay our way out of budget mess. It would increase the pain across the board which would suck but in the end we'd be in better shape.
