To solve our problem with cuts only you'll need to cut police, fire, street repairs, maybe close a prison or two, dozens if not hundreds of schools, etc. But if you don't have enough to make ends meet, basic advice is to cut spending and increase income. At least think about what California will look like in 20 years.
